Help us capture the fun!

MyKingstonKids may take photos and video during our programs, events, and Slime Cart experiences. With your permission, these images and recordings may be used by MyKingstonKids for promotional and marketing purposes, including our website, social media, printed materials, advertising, and other MyKingstonKids communications.

Giving permission is completely voluntary. Choosing not to give permission will not affect your ability or your child's ability to participate.

I give MyKingstonKids permission to photograph and/or record me or the child(ren) listed below and to use those photos and recordings for MyKingstonKids promotional and marketing purposes.

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these photos or recordings.
