Running on Fumes? Village, We Need to Talk About Sleep 😂🔋

National Wellness Month

😴 Hey Village! 🌿✨ Let’s talk about sleep—because apparently, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead tired” is not a wellness plan. 😂 Sleep gives our bodies and brains time to rest, recharge, regulate, and reset. When we don’t get enough, we may feel foggy, irritable, unfocused, or like our brain is operating on 2% battery. 🔋😩 So, Village, give yourself permission to put the day down and get some Zzz’s! Your body—and probably everyone around you—will thank you. 😂💤 Rest is not a luxury. It’s part of wellness. 💚✨

Mental Health

Mental health is an important part of our overall health and well-being, and every month brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and support one another. The Mental Health & Wellness Division's Awareness Page is dedicated to sharing education, resources, and conversations that help reduce stigma, promote hope, and empower our community. Together, we'll explore monthly mental health observances, practical wellness tips, and ways to care for ourselves and each other—because a healthier village starts with informed, compassionate people. 💚✨
